A traditional Tjalk from 1885 with excellent sailing chracteristics en a cosy living room. You want to sail with your friends, school, family, or co-workers.? Everything is possible.

The crew of the Mercurius is happy to take you, on a voyage of discovery, on the Lake of Ijsel or the Waddensea.  The mercurius built in 1885 in Markenshoek, was one of the first to be equipped for charter sailing.

She has been sailing with guests on the Lake of Ijsel and the Waddensea since 1975. In the Winter of 2010 they worked hard on board of the Mercurius. And the results are pretty good.

The living area has ondergone a metamorphosis and a new kitchen has been installed.
