Being one of the oldest ships of our fleet, she has been a popular choice amongst our guests ever since the joined Rederij Vooruit.
Stepping aboard the Manna means going on an adventure you will never forget!
The graceful clipper Manna left the wharf of Ouderkerk aan den IJssel in the year 1897.
After having transported cargo over inland waterways until the 60’s, a complete rebuild turned her into a charter ship later on in 1992.
The owner decided to keep the unique horizontal helm, which she still proudly displays today.
The best spot on board is the seating area on deck, from which you can fully enjoy the view during your sailing trip. Here you can sit back and really take in the beautiful Wadden Sea, Lake IJssel and the Frisian Lakes.
Whenever it gets too cold outside, simply have a seat below deck and turn up the central heating for a pleasant temperature.
The particularly spacious day room is fitted with a radio, a cd-player, games and a lot of books to choose from. To set the mood, the room surprises with a bar, a beer tap and even a piano!
Every ship is equipped with a kitchen, where you can make your own snacks and meals.
All necessary cooking utensils are at your disposal, such as a stove, an oven, 2 fridges and a dishwasher. Also pots, pans, plates, glasses and cutlery can be found in the cabinets.
Each cabin has its own sink with hot and cold running water, a reading light and sufficient storage space for your bags and belongings.
Central heating keeps the room warm and you can open a little port hole when needed.
Sanitary facilities are on board for your convenience, which offers the possibility of falling dry with the ship at all times. The Manna has a considerable total of 3 toilets and 3 showers.
All cabins with running water, all cabins with central heating.
