Step aboard the wonderful coast cruiser Koh-I-Noor from Rederij Vooruit in Holland! Enjoy the Dutch landscapes and views from a traditional sailing ship, while relaxing on deck with your family and friends. The best part? It is even possible to get married aboard the ship!
The impressive coast cruiser Koh-I-Noor is a ship of rich history.
It was in 1904 in Hamburg, that the cruiser first touched water. Carrying the name Petrus, she transported cargo to Scandinavia, the Baltic States and England until 1947. Yet, owner and skipper Frans Kochx had a very different plan for his authentic schooner.
After an overhaul and a career as a motorised cargo vessel, she finally moored in Harlingen to serve as one of the most luxurious charter ships sailing for the fleet of Rederij Vooruit.
A true gem of the Wadden Sea, the Koh-I-Noor will take you on the sailing trip of your dreams.
Below deck, the interior immediately surprises with two day rooms.
Here, a total of at least 60 guests can enjoy the trip or even have a meeting. Besides sufficient seating for your company, a professional beamer is available for your pitches and presentations. Both day rooms are also furnished with a television, a radio, a cd-player and an extensive library.
Central heating can be turned up when temperatures drop, which means the Koh-I-Noor is an excellent choice for those who wish to sail off-season.
All stylish cabins have their own sink with hot and cold running water, central heating, a reading light and storage space for your bags. Adding to the luxury, each cabin is refurbished with a private toilet and shower.
The Koh-I-Noor can only be booked including catering.
