Clipper Ambulant was built in the year 1904. Having served a different purpose on the water, the ship took an overhaul and changed his course to sailing for charter companies on for example the Wadden Sea, Lake IJssel and the Frisian Lakes.
Skipper Jouke knows the best spots on sea and the most beautiful places ashore. His specialty besides sailing? Frying and serving up freshly caught fish, something he does regularly to great pleasure of his guests.
In other words, a holiday with the Ambulant guarantees adventures. It is a ship that will definitely make you feel at home the moment you set foot aboard.
On deck, the Ambulant has a great seating area, a lot of deck space and wide aisles to wander on. This makes it an ideal ship for family sailing trips with small children!
The light and modern day room is fitted with a radio, a cd-player, a tv (on request), an extensive library and games. It is tastefully furnished with long tables, comfortable seats and cosy lighting.
